I know firsthand what it’s like to struggle with chronic illness, injury, and trauma. I grew up as an empath living with a narcissistic father - an issue I hadn't recognized or understood until much later in life. As a health and fitness expert, and despite my formal education as an Exercise Scientist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, at age 25 I found myself in the ER, incapacitated by severe pain and dysfunction. On seven medications and battling daily allergies, hormonal imbalance, and digestive disorders, nothing made sense. I dealt with mysterious injuries. I couldn't keep up with my career in fitness. The stress worsened every day.

I rigorously adhered to all the conventional methods with a disciplined bodybuilding lifestyle, yet the solutions remained out of reach. It wasn’t until almost 30 years after my health challenges first began in childhood that I uncovered the true healing power of a holistic, integrative approach. By embracing a blend of practices and wisdom from diverse cultures, I finally discovered the path to transforming my health.
