About me…personally
Hi, there! I’m so glad you stopped by and sure hope we get to chat soon. I just wanted to tell you a little about myself. After years as a health and fitness professional, I became a stay-at-home mom, which was a God-send after a lifetime of chronic illness. Being home allowed more time to delve into my mysterious health issues and simply be with my babies. Healing took perseverance, but I wasn’t giving up on myself, my family, or my dreams. My journey has had many ups and downs but has certainly made me a better person in countless ways.
As an empath, I discovered many aspects of myself that I didn’t even know existed. During my early years, it certainly felt like a curse since I was unaware of my gift, and I suffered because of it. Now, with increasing intuition, I have understanding that has led to healing, protection, and insight.
I recently wrapped up 12 years as a homeschooler, which has allowed me to focus more on sharing my experience and knowledge with the world. I’m focusing on my passion for wellness and longevity, along with my belief that the prenatal period of our lives can have a tremendous influence on our long-term health.
Anyway, I find everything in nature to be a blessing, therefore, I admire the brilliance of natural remedies. I love a good cooking challenge for healthier meals, growing a garden, making art of all kinds, weightlifting, spontaneous dates with my incredible husband, cuddling pets, and long walks on the beach (haha – but for real). Intuitive therapies, healthy living, targeted supplementation, and believing in myself have saved my life. You, too, can experience profound healing.

Further research revealed a phenomenon called “Shaman Sickness”— a mysterious onset of dis-ease with symptoms that come from seemingly nowhere and don’t go away…until one steps into the role of the shaman — aka, the sick one becomes the healer.
